Procedure Step:SLA Agreement with the State IT Agency

Audit Step:

Obtain the Service Level Agreements with the State IT Agency for use of Data Centers mainframe services related to the application.  Document the basic Service Agreement provisions related to the scope of our audit.  Discuss with agency officials what they believe the State Agency’s responsibilities are related to the application.

Purpose:

To document security roles and responsibilities.
