Audit Step:
Ascertain whether there are any internal audits/reviews completed, in progress or planned that pertain to the audit objectives. Review scope of these assessments and the extent that we can rely upon the work performed.
Purpose:
To coordinate with internal auditors to prevent duplication of audit effort.
