Audit Step:

Assess whether the agency has developed clear policy direction that describes the types of events or mishaps effecting service continuity that require action, as well as the steps that individuals maintaining/relying upon the application should take to deal with such situations.

Purpose:

To determine whether the agency has clearly defined what events or mishaps require attention and corrective actions related to the application.
