We are pleased to offer you a free complimentary lecture to you on “Timesheet Management System”. The lecture can be delivered on your site or at Telecommand office. Please let us know a time that suits you.

Following is the brief overview of the topic, “Timesheet Management System”.

The Timesheet Management System is an advanced system designed and developed for the state of California for complete management of the entire timesheet process. The application aims to reduce the workload associated with entering timesheet hours by integrating the various Alternate Work Week (AWW) calendars and linking them to the employee profile. The timesheet for the entire month can be populated with default data from the AWW calendar by a single click of a button.

The application also helps manage Timesheet Tracking, Approvals and Leave Balance Calculations. A provision to generate a data file for transmission to CALSTARS allows the system to integrate and transfer data to CALSTARS. The format of the data file matches the format specified by CALSTARS for FTP transfers.

The lecture will also review the subsystem specifications to determine interface to CALSTARS and develop coding requirements, dataset requirements and record layouts. We will also present comprehensive access control design, best for mid to large-size companies and organizations with multiple office locations, multiple projects/Tasks, multiple departments, and different hierarchical management roles. Emphasis will be on how the application collects employees' Timesheets, approves employees' timesheets online, collect status reports, keep track of employees' accrued vacation and sick hours, check the vacation balances.
