Telecommand Software and Services created an on-line forms application for a state of California agency. This application helped the agency from a paper based filing system to on-line filing bringing tremendous savings to the State of California. This application continues to receive over 90% satisfaction rating in user friendliness.
Telecommand performed the following tasks on this project.

- Entity Relationship model for the database
- Install and configure the hardware
- Design, develop and deploy the application using the best practices of Agile Methodology and Rational Unified Process (RUP)
